We’ve very sorry to hear that! But don’t worry, we will get you a replacement product shipped out as quickly as possible. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page with your order number, delivery address, and a photo and description of the damage.

Shipping & Taxes

We currently offer free shipping for orders with delivery within the continental United States, Canada, UK and EU

You can expect standard delivery times of 3-5 working days.

We can deliver within the continental USA and Canada. If you would like to purchase a product for delivery in another country please visit our UK store or contact us via the Contact Us page and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any duties and/or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately Oliver James is not able to give advice as to whether your destination country will impose a customs fee and how much that customs fee will be.

The first step is to check with the local courier that made the final delivery. You should be able to find them using the tracking information in the email we sent you when your purchase was dispatched. If you need additional help please get in touch.

Order Cancellations and Returns

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Contact us to start a refund.

The easiest way is message us via our Contact Us page and we’ll cancel your order if it hasn’t already shipped.

Contact us with the reason for the return and your order number and we will get the process underway.
